Kyle's journey in the event industry spans across more than two decades and nearly every role within it - from technical production to creative design. Over ten years ago, he founded Event Brilliance to bring together his passion for lighting, sound, and storytelling through experiences.

His hands-on approach ensures that every event is thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed,  and a true reflection of each client's vision. Every event is personally overseen by Kyle to ensure it's not just executed - it's exceptional.

When he's not creating immersive experiences, you'll usually find Kyle on the slopes, dominating his pool league, hanging out with his French Bulldog, Breck, or enjoying a quality Craft Beer or lush Bourbon - usually while dreaming up the next big idea or mastering his art of Production and Logistics.

 With over seven years at Event Brilliance, Bryce has become an integral part of what brings each experience to life — from lighting and sound to the technical details that make everything feel seamless. His passion for A/V, combined with a thoughtful, precision-driven approach, ensures every event is executed at the highest level.

Working alongside Kyle, Bryce plays a key role in turning creative visions into beautifully crafted realities — bringing both technical mastery and a calm, steady presence to every production.

When he’s not behind the scenes making magic happen, you’ll find Bryce autocross racing, bowling, spending time with his French bulldog, Winston, or enjoying life and making beautiful memories with his wife, Taylor, and their babies, Xavier and Olivia.

Jen is the heart behind the scenes at Event Brilliance, serving as Executive Assistant with a passion for organization, connection, and making exceptional experiences happen for both clients and the team. Known for her top-notch customer service, friendly demeanor, and proactive approach, Jen ensures that every detail is handled seamlessly and every client feels supported from start to finish.

Often referred to as the “Jen of all trades,” she thrives on anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and keeping everything running smoothly so the creative magic can shine. Her dedication to excellence and genuine care for people make her an essential part of the Event Brilliance experience.

Outside of work, Jen loves spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, tending to her garden, and cheering on her beloved Chicago Bears!

Breck and Winston are our full-time Shop Security Specialists and part-time snack inspectors. Their responsibilities include perimeter checks of the warehouse, quality control (all smells must be investigated and approved,) and aggressively protecting our equipment from delivery drivers,  the mailman and those pesky suspicious cardboard boxes.

Breck handles surveillance from elevated surfaces like couches and road cases, while Winston specializes in ground-level threat detection and emotional support for the team. Together, they ensure the warehouse remains safe, secure, and properly cuddled at all times. 

They accept payments in treats, belly rubs and praise. Although we might have eavesdropped on their latest "Security" meeting and Breck was overheard saying he will be making demands on higher pay. Ugh. Pray for us. Good employees are so hard to find!
