Kyle Waarich, Owner, Founder and Lighting Extraordinaire
With over two decades of experience in the event industry, Kyle has had the opportunity to be part of every facet of the event experience. Ten years ago, he decided to bring his incredibly creative mindset along with his vast lighting and sound experience to follow his passion and start Event Brilliance. Kyle will always go the extra mile for each and every event and will personally ensure that our Clients achieve their vision to the fullest. His goal is to bring modern and innovative lighting/sound ideas and concepts to every event and to add brilliance to each one. When he is not working with our Clients to create magical events, you will find Kyle on the slopes, cooking up one of his gourmet meals, golfing and spoiling his French bulldog, Breck.
Bryce Tallitsch, Lead Lighting and A/V Tech Specialist
Bryce has been bringing his incredible professionalism, talent and vision to Event Brilliance for over five years now. He has a true passion for all things lighting, sound and AV and it shows in every event he does. Partnering with the dynamic duo that is Kyle and Bryce is a surefire way to bring the brilliance to your event. Outside of Event Brilliance, you can find him autocross racing, bowling, spoiling his Frenchie, Winston, and spending time with his beautiful wife, Taylor and his precious baby boy, Xavier.
Jen Campobasso, Executive Assistant
She's the newest addition to the Event Brilliance family, but we couldn't be happier to have our "Jen of All Trades" on board. She brings to the table a fierce love for helping people, impeccable time management and organizational skills and whether you are communicating with her in person, on the phone, or through an email, you will feel the smile and excitement in her voice to talk to you every time. When not working, you can find Jen gardening, listening to all things true crime, spending time with her husband and family and loving on her furbabies.

We may not have pictures of all of them, but that doesn't mean they are any less important! In fact, our team of highly specialized lighting and sound specialists from Event Brilliance work all of the glorious magic behind the scenes and our incredible events wouldn't exist without them! They are the glue that hold us all together and not even the smallest of details could possibly be overlooked with this amazing crew behind us!

Don't let the drool fool you, these two Frenchies aren't just adorable, they're also fierce in personality and in style! Whether you find them acting as bodyguards for the shop or just brightening the days of everyone at Event Brilliance, Breck and Winston are an integral part of our team and we couldn't love our doggie coworkers more than we do!
